Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Sales Management:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion rates and optimize marketing efforts to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up of leads.

4. Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and social media posts.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports to the Director of Sales on marketing and sales performance, including ROI and key achievements.

6. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative and technical teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing and sales team members.


Qualifications:
  • No degree required.
  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Some experience using CRM software such as LeadPro, Salesforce, Hubspot, Go HighLevel, and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
